We start February with great news - we took into account your wishes, our developments and launched an updated version of the personal account for clients! Today we will tell you what has been improved in the platform interface, where the necessary functions are located and where to contact with any question.

Briefly about the main thing: what has changed
The new version has improved the design and interface of the account. The main sections have been updated, some have been combined, and others have been given fields and buttons.

Client Registration Form
The updates start on the start tab — the registration form for new clients, which already includes fields with goals, tasks, and preferred communication channels. Due to this, your mailing process and work with the system will become faster and more efficient.



Mailing creation page
The process of creating a mailing is also faster and more convenient: in three simple steps. Everything you need to send notifications is in one tab - "Send".



Report tables
In order to make the process of receiving and checking the results of the mailing more convenient, we have improved the report tables. We have included various options for presetting, encoding and separator.



Navigating the office
The changes also affected other sections: all the functions of the account on page seo service were combined into thematic blocks and placed in the left menu. The most necessary ones - statistics, quick links to the account, instances and names of senders - were moved to the start tab.

Login
The first step is traditional: enter your login and password on the site. For authorization, use the same registration data as before.



Start tab
By clicking on the "Login" button, we get to the welcome tab. Here we get access to key parameters - statistics on sent messages and settlement transactions. Below are quick links for replenishing the balance, managing sender names and WAPI instances. All the presented functions are duplicated in the "Finance" and "Settings" tabs on the left panel.



The first tab also contains links to documentation, available integrations, and the company blog.

Submit tab
The first section of the menu corresponds to the "Create a mailing" tab in the old interface and is designed to send notifications to users. However, in the updated version, the mailing process is more intuitive and includes three consecutive steps. In the first, you select communication channels, the sender's name, and enter the message text. In the second step, you assign recipients and mailing exclusions, and in the third, you send your notification to the selected contacts.



Contacts tab
The tab with the contact list has been updated and moved higher. You must admit, it is more convenient this way — you have checked the recipient base and started sending. As before, you can create, upload and edit the address book. The difference is that now it is faster to do it — by clicking on the necessary button on the top panel.



Messages tab
The section corresponds to the "Detailed report" field in the old version and includes familiar fields. The company also has access to sent and received messages from clients, but in a more convenient format. As before, you can set tasks for planned mailings in the tab. What is important to note: notification templates are now created here, and the report generation button is in the upper right corner.



"Rates" tab
A familiar tab — but now presented separately, rather than in the company profile. The section lists the company's mailing channels and their costs.
